The cat faces are nicely printed and don't feel cheap. The danglers were a bit hard to put together, but worth it to add to the completed look. Very cute and the birthday girl loved it.

I surprised my roommate with an entire room filled with everything she loves- CATS!!! Set up was easy & the kit has everything you need except tape/pins to secure it to wall/ ceiling. You can inflate/ deflate the balloons on your own too- with a simple straw!

So the spiral plastic pieces you have to put the plastic hangers into. It's diy every step of the way. It says "already assembled " thats a lie. The only reason it gets stars is because the cats are adorable and varied.
