Packing is very bad and things are Non- sterile inside the box.

Did not meet expectations... Packing is very bad.. Mask and Medicine chamber was not in seal packages. They kept broken kit inside the box (Non- sterile). It's making high noise while operating and getting heat also within 15 minutes. Otherwise it's working. Thanks.
