Protective Covers Weatherproof Cantilever Umbrella Cover, 10 Feet, Gray

I purchased this in 2016. It fit the umbrella fine and I had no complaints until now. Just short of two years the stitching gave out and it split along the top seam. It has a three year warranty from the manufacturer but they do not answer their phones. I left messages but was never contacted.

Hoped this would cover the rectangular 11' umbrella recently purchased, but it was about 6" to 8" too short. Not a HUGE problem as most of the umbrella will be protected from the elements when not in use. However, two nights ago we experienced a storm with torrential rains and 60. mph wind gusts. We had all of the umbrellas laying flat on the deck so they wouldn't be blown away, and when we stood them up, about a quart of water spilled out of the umbrella that this cover was on. It could have been the angle that the umbrella stood or it could have been that it was a severe storm. Again, not a huge problem as I am looking for the long term wear. Although these two 'discoveries' might break the deal with some people, I am so far ok with it. If this lasts a few more years giving the umbrella a longer life, then I consider it a good purchase at the price!

I have had outdoor patio furniture covers by Protective Covers for about 4-5 years. Living in Southern Maine the winters can be tough. This past year we moved into a condo and bought a lot of patio and porch furniture. Bringing them in and carrying them to the cellar is not an option. I used my existing covers and bought 2 umbrella covers and I have no doubt that the furniture will be fine. The furniture is quality stuff (Polywood etc.) and I therefore consider them an investment. Protective Covers make a quality product that lasts.

Mine was 20 years old so I thought it time for a replacement. These are the easiest covers to get on and off the umbrella quickly so you can use it all year instead of just winter storage. I was happy to find them because it's hard to get ones with an integrated wand that isn't just a narrow pole. I bought two; one 9 ft and one for a 7 ft umbrella

It works, however, after purchase, I realized there isn't much point in covering the table (with matching cover) and umbrella (with this one) if there's a gaping hole in the cover where the pole goes in. Maybe your goals in covering the furniture differ from mine, but in the NE, the issue is rust. Your pole will be wet and the table will be wet because there is a huge gap where the pole meets the table. In order to protect the table and umbrella pole, it is necessary to disassemble these fully, in my opinion. I did not realize this until I got this set of covers.

We have a roof garden with an LP Grill for BBQing. It is a wonderful space to enjoy gardening and eating outdoors enjoying the tropics. Among the features, are two round umbrella tables, each with four chairs, which we enjoy both alone and with invitees.After ten years of use, our umbrella covers became brittle, stained with black spots, and stiff instead of flexible when new. I ordered two of these protective covers and they are great thus far. No stains or signs of wear and tear yet (after approximately 2 months), and they keep our 20 year umbrellas new and dry just like our deteriorated former umbrella covers, but with a much more attractive appearance that allows us to leave them on when we eat outdoors at night, and don't want to open the umbrellas. It is too soon to say whether they will stay so nice long term, but we are very optimistic thus far. We love wild birds and all other animals that consider our yard and garden to be safe havens, but sometimes they inadvertently soil our umbrella covers. These protective covers can be hosed off easily without dampening our well-conserved umbrellas. The PBC wand to lift these covers on and off with ease are spot-on, and are so easily stored away in the pouch inside the umbrella cover. Great idea! Our former umbrella covers were much more expensive, and were not equipped with a wand for ease of removal and covering. Thumbs up!!!

This is our second attempt to find a cover that fits 11' umbrella's.After trying a different product, we were excited that this would go over an 11' umbrella as stated in the product description, however, this does not fit 11' umbrella's as stated. This would probably fit a 9' umbrella just fine judging by how short it came up on our 11' umbrella.Would be nice if there was a hook of some sort to pull the zipper down from the open position. I'm 6' 4" andcan not reach it to close it. It will have to suffice for now.

This is a large vinyl protective umbrella cover. It has a convenient post that you use to lift onto your umbrella to reduce the amount of reaching needed. I have a standard size umbrella, but this looks like it would fit a much taller umbrella as well.
