Comes with bulbs
Good product. Comes with bulbs installed. Only issue I had is the wire for the tail light was about 2 inches too short for my kids rocketa 50cc atv. Iโll have to extend the wires. The mounting tabs and bolt holes in the headlight lined up and worked perfect.

Perfect oem like replacement
Bought to replace a 2011 tao tao 4 wheeler head light. It fit perfectly definitely looks like oem quality. It has heard up very well with no discoloration. It was definitely a good buy for the price.
