Overall I was impressed with the quality and finish of the urn at this competitive price point. It is very well constructed and the fit and finish are excellent on the one I received.This was the final resting place for our 12 year old black Lab and, though it was a snug fit getting her remains into the box, it did work out nicely. We are very pleased with the unit.

The bottom plate is a little difficult to work with but other than that it's well made and beautiful.

Beautiful Box, amazing colours in the wood, perfect size for my dogs ashes, easily unscrewable bottom secured with a good screw.Paw Prints on top have not exactly lined up with lines on the top, I am still very happy with it, postage quickly sent & arrived safely.

This pet urn box was not as I thought it would be. There was a broken screw in one of the holes and one had been inserted crooked so it was a challenge to even get the bottom off. The finish was not as shiny and beautiful as depicted in the picture. One of the paws had a blemish on it. This is just not good enough for my beloved dog of thirteen years. He deserves a more worthy place to rest.
