Q: Can this be used in a pedalboard and amp?

It is just a pedal but u can run it through ur laptop on headphones. I use mine through an amp very good bit of kit for the price

Q: Can this be used with a microphone for the voice too?

I purchased it for my Stratocaster guitar and I have also used it for my passive bass guitar. So all sounds were good. So I guess it might work with mics.
