I had a gastric sleeve done. My doctor stressed how important exercise would be to help with keeping and building muscle and avoiding as much loose skin as possible. I had to do physical therapy and they told me about this set up for my resistance bands. It works so well! Hardly any loose skin after 75 pound loss and my body is so much stronger! No back pain because my core is strong and the knee I was told to have a replacement on doesn’t hurt anymore! I do half an hour and work abs, obliques, glutes, arms and legs. I’m really gaining muscle and it’s easy to do. Just start slow if you’re a beginner like I was. This thing is strong. It’s not going to come off your door. Best money I ever spent!

I have had this for over 6 months and I love it! It helps with lower and upper body workouts. I don't have much space so having this attachment is very convenient and I'm able to use different level of resistance bands. Highly recommend.

This is a great at home tool. You can get a total body workout with resistance bands. Only wish they made the locking latch stronger, more sturdy - looks like it could break if used too much.

I have been trying to use resistance bands for the last year and a half since going to physical therapy (PT) and getting help learning exercises to strengthen my shoulders. I had tried wedging the band between the door and the jamb, etc, etc. Finally I just stopped doing them and my shoulders got worse again. I already had the bands, so I just got the anchor strap, and it has made a huge difference for me. I don't like doing the exercises to begin with, so any additional setup/inconvenience was too much. The strap just stays on the door all the time, closer to the doorknob, which has worked fine, because my husband hangs his pants on the back of our bedroom door. I grab the resistance band, thread it through the space, and then do my exercises in about 15 minutes. No effort, has not *moved* since I put it on the door. My cat occasionally plays with the extra bit that hangs down, but so far that has not caused any issues. It's as secure as when I put it up 2 months ago. Be prepared for the anchor strap to pull away from the door a bit when you pull towards you - it's supposed to do that and not lay flat against the door, so give yourself a few extra inches. I literally have like not even 3 feet to do my exercises in but this makes it so easy that it's enough. So grateful for this brilliant product! Will update my review if I run into any issues in the future.

This is the greatest product for working out at home hook it on to your door but your little workout bands on it and go to work it's a great product I have no problems with it

At first I didn't really care for this that much as it was kind of difficult to figure out how to put on. But once you do that, it really does make everything so much easier. In general, it's sturdy, doesn't move.I'd recommend it

Absolute trash. I don't know if it's a recent change or something, but I don't see how this could be useful to anyone. The slightest pull completely undoes it and makes it pull away from the door. I'm not even talking about with the resistance bands - a child could gently pull on the strap and it would come loose. It is completely useless.

It's just have 4 loops on anchor but they showed 5 loops It's wrong information they give to customers because now we can't use any of down door sport because not have loops on down area , lock is broken can't lock it so it's loose

Easy to attach to door. Quite sturdy within weight restrictions. Works well overall. Would recommend.
