Q: can you make meat loaf in these and freeze them?

These would make single serving meatloaves. Yes you could freeze in them. I would freeze the meatloaves then pop them out and wrap them and freeze. Frees up you silicone pans.

Q: Can I use these in the steamer?

Yes , you can . I made shrimp dumplings and steamed them about 10 minutes. These are wonderful silicone cupcakes.

Yes, they can be used in a toaster oven, standard oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
