Nice for making poutine!!!
I like making poutine (a French Canadian comfort food). All it takes is some French fries, some beef gravy, and some cheddar cheese curd (although some think mozzarella works just as well). This has become my "go to" cheese curd. Put it on top of hot fries and underneath hot gravy and it gets a little melty--and is so tasty!Want to make some poutine?
