I like to keep these in the center console in my car. They mint is refreshing and the cinnamon is a warm hot cinnamon almost like a mild red hot.

Quitting smoking sucks but these work really well to help with cravings. Love how strong the mint is, as I miss the menthol experience from smoking. I haven't timed how long the flavor/durability lasts, but it's quite a while. My friends love these too, even the ones who have never had a smoking problem. I grab one for me to help with my craving, and I hand some out to my friends too.One warning: don't keep it in one place on your lips for too long. I did this with the first ~3-5 that I used, and my skin was irritated from the spicy mintiness

They taste great, flavor lasts a long time, no splinters or sogginess. Highly recommend.

I bought these to help me quit biting my nails. I like the flavor and the duribilty of the toothpicks.

Me encantan estos palillos. El problema es que dice pack of 12. Y solo me mandaron 1. Porque solo verifiquen bien su información. Porque si es solo por un paquete entonces si están caros.
