Review: Fantastic customer service - Fantastic I purchased a waterdrop back in August last year unfortunately it had a faulty filter light but I got in contact with the customer service team and I have to say they were absolutely fabulous especially Doreen. I couldn't have asked for better aftercare and once I had shown by photos the the light was not working they immediately despatched a brand new one to me. I cannot fault the waterdrop filter jug it's brilliant and like many users the actual filter lasts for a good long while and the price is also very good.

A: I just bought the evolve plus and they are too small.  Massive difference in size. Totally wasted my money

Fantastic I purchased a waterdrop back in August last year unfortunately it had a faulty filter light but I got in contact with the customer service team and I have to say they were absolutely fabulous especially Doreen.
