I have asthma and allergies. Lately they have been just awful and I have been desperate to find a solution. I wanted to give this a try in hopes of it helping me to not have to use medicine and my inhaler as often. I like this formulation because the ingredients are extracted from natural sources. This seems to be a better option, compared to prescription drugs and other things I have been using. As far as I can tell, I haven't experienced any negative side effects since beginning to take this. This isn't supposed to be taken as an immediate cure. This is intended to be used every and you are supposed to see results within 3 to 5 days. I have only been using it for a couple days so far so I can't really attest to the long term effectiveness of this but I do feel like I haven't had to use my inhaler as much in the past day or so. Time will tell how effective it is and if I feel like it has helped me I will do an update. I am hopeful. The capsules are fairly large, as you can see in the pictures I have uploaded. If you have trouble with swallowing larger pills, this might be a difficulty for you. On the plus side, they are pretty smooth and do not get stuck in my throat because of that period just take them with lots of water. Now, I will say that I am not a fan of the high price. If you intend on using this as a long term supplement, this will get pricey down the road. For this reason alone I have only given this a 4 star rating but if I feel like it is worth it and has caused significant changes in my overall longhealth. I will chain change my rating to a 5 star. When you feel as miserable as I do, you will be willing to pay anything just to get relief.

I have had to deal with a lot of lung and bronchial issues in the past. I know what works and what doesn't for me. Recently, our daughter has found herself in a dorm situation with a lot of mold and diet that does not help fight it much. She needed some lung support, so I got her this. HOW THIS COMES This comes in a white plastic bottle. PILL SIZE These are pretty large pills. They are like essential fatty acid pills can be when they are a bit on the large side. They are not hard to swallow for me or my daughter (yes, I tested them too) but if you have a hard time with larger pills, just be aware you need a huge mouth of water and then wash this down. ANY DIGESTIVE ISSUES? The pills have a very thick coating on them which insulate the oils and contents from burping up or burning. I did have a tiny bit of black seed oil taste the first time I tested this, but other than that, nothing. My daughter has not had any reactions or problems at all. DO THEY HELP? I have to say, if you are battling a lung or bronchial issue, this would be a good supplement to try out. It is helping my daughter recover quickly and filling in the blanks for what she needs to battle her situation that she can not get out of at the moment or do much about. I personally felt it helped me with a bit of congestion too when I took it. My breathing eased up within an hour or so of taking it. THE BOTTOM LINE This is a great supplement to help with lung issues. It has what works for me and my daughter. If you are struggling, it is worth a try. Astragalus (which is in this) helps a lot to prevent illness as well as help it so it is immunity boosting too. MY RATING I like that this has all of the ingredients in it which I would take for lung issues, but in one pill. It makes it easier for my daughter in her situation to have one bottle vs many. This works really well and despite the one time of having a little black seed oil flavor, I didn't mind it at all. I happen to like that flavor, I am used to it. Taking this with meals does help with that, as I took it that day on an empty stomach.
