It was ok. Didnt like the fishy hint
Soaked these in ice water and rinsed it several times. It was ok. Saw this as a viral tiktok so tried it. I found that by itself.. it had a bit of a fishy hint that tasted like fish going bad. Not as pop texture as expected. I am a dried seaweed and other seaweed dish fan but this was ok. I would eat it if it is there but wouldnt purchase it on my own.

Fun snack
Got it to do a tasting review with my 9 y/o. He absolutely loved them! Salty, crunchy, tastes like the ocean. Sesame dipping sauce was yummy too. We enjoyed it so much, I purchased another pack to send to my mom so she could try it too 😊

Good for Sea Grapes, I just didn’t love them.
I tried. Just didn’t love them. I was impressed with the quality. They came well packaged and seemed fresh. They appeared clean and ready to go. Smell was strong, but that’s to be expected.

I love these when I first saw them. I thought oh I have to try them. I like them. They got a little pop to them when you eat them and they’re so simple. I like my green, so yes, I enjoy it.

Well I had always wanted to try sea grapes, and for the first time I finally have. Honestly, it really is something you either love or hate, but for me, I really did love it; followed the pack instructions step by step, and it turned out perfect. It's a relatively small box which contains six 20 gram serving. First impression when opening a sachet is that it's a tiny, slimy lump of dark green seaweed (the sea grapes are obviously preserved in brine). But when soaked in cold water for two or three minutes, the expand to double, almost treble the size and become a bright transparent green. I do agree with one or two of the reviews on here - they do need to be eaten immediately, otherwise they do shrink again rather quickly. Flavour is what you should expect of any seaweed: has a slight saline, slimy flavour at first followed by flavours of the ocean. Most enjoyable though is the fantastic crunch/pop these sea grapes have, very much like caviar. I enjoyed mine with a small dipping of soy sauce. If you love seaweed as a snack or part of a meal, then price aside, I definitely recommend trying this. Will buy again.

I think people are over dramatic when they say seagrapes taste super fishy and salty?? If you imagine the faint smell of the sea at a beach that's what they taste like. They're subtle and crunchy and really good on their own or with sauces. Easy to make and the portion is generous. Slightly expensive but worth it for how big the portions are in each pack.

I haven't try it yet. I'll try to give you an update.
