I received my sticker and the image looks very low quality! Is this normal?

Yes but it doesn't look nearly as good in person as it does in the pictures on here. Also it peels at the tips constantly so be prepared to be pressing it back down frequently if placed on wall or ceiling.

Could i put this on a gmc van outside

This item is like a fathead sticker for your wall in the house. I guess you could but dont think it is ultra violet rated and not sure if driving speed would cause it to come off
