Need to take smaller size for better fit

Item not only too small however also not as per picture. The sleeves are very short, not going past elbow. Item totally useless to me. Not fit for purpose especially for higher arm compression.

This product is very good, quality wise, worth it. Compared to the other one I had (which is waaaay more expensive), this one uses a better, stretchier and breathable fabric that is more comfy on the skin. It is also stretchy but offers the right compression. I bought this to help while losing weight to help avoid saggy arms and so far, so good. Seams are also strategically placed and well stitched, so no weird marks. Also, arrived on time. I am satisfied and would consider buying more in the future.

I love this product. I bought it after my brachioplasty and breast lift It is easy to put on but gives a lot of compression on my brachial plasty and works good for my breast lift.it's comfortable but still tight it's easy to put on and the strap on the top helps the the sleeve stay up. I can wear it 24 hours a day with no issues and no discomfort but good compression. Used the chart to size and fit well.

I had full arm liposuction and was given 3 fairly expensive garments by my surgeon. From the start these 3 expensive garments were uncomfortable, scratchy, terribly inside seams that felt like they were digging in and filing away at my tender skin. I tried to make them work because they were higher end and I thought I could get used to them. But I could not. It became very painful and one night id had enough and literally ripped the armpits open for relief. Flash forward- I HAVE To wear compression. I searched Amazon for long sleeved that also support axillary - and they are weirdly hard to find. I found this and took a chance (with low expectations). Today I received and OMG, the quality seems great- I like the fabric- its very supportive- the seams are inverted for comfort- the hook and eyes have a protective backing against skin. I seriously couldn't be happier. Already 1 million times more comfortable then the expensive ones, Gonna try this out for a week and will update if I find it not to be as described. But this was so worth taking a chance on. And likely I will be back to buy another.
