The Best of Buster Keaton

Prints are okay. By comparison, the blurays have had special restoration techniques applied. Still good to have these movies on dvd.

Buster Keaton at his best in The General", I also bought this in Bluray, the digital processing does make a big difference in the quality of the film. This one is DVD, so the quality will not be as good.

Buster Keaton was in a class by himself! He was impervious to pain, and would do stuns that few, if any could match.

I love Buster Keaton and this set has 2 of his best features as well as 4 shorts. But not in great quality. I guess these films are public domain now or multiple owners have the rights? This set is cheap but for a quality version, look for a higher priced set from other companies that have restored the films.

I am a giant fan of the silent film work of Buster Keaton. As of this writing, I have not gotten around to watching the two features included in this set, but I have watched several of the harder to find shorts. The picture and film quality is crisp. The music is appropriate. This set is an excellent value. It's recommended for Buster Keaton fans such as myself, -- I had some Keaton video that I lost to floods-- or to film fans who have not yet experienced Buster Keaton.

A Good Collection.

I'm a huge fan of Buster Keaton and am always looking for compilations of his work. The more, the better. This set is a very solid collection of some of his better films. There are more complete sets out there, but this is one of the better ones for the price.

The 2-DVD "Best of Buster Keaton" has 2 features: "Steamboat Bill" and "The General" plus 4 shorts. This is some of the best comedy I've ever seen. For the price, it's a bargain. Period. I can easily recommend it.
