You advertise as 100% copper but then say "food safe lacquer" is used. What country is the lacquer applied in?

Can these also be used for eliminating germs & the flu ?

I don’t think so, as the outer part is lacquered. So germs should be able to get on the outside. As for pure copper on the inside, I’m not sure if there would be enough contact time for it to do anything.

Are they dishwasher safe?

I’ve never put them in the dishwasher. They’re so fine, i just wah them by hand... stand them up in a glass, poue boiling water over them & lay them to dry. If stood on end w/ the silver, they’d fall right thru the dishwasher rack.
