Help your child with the book especially if they are younger as it’s really heavy. My 17 month old enjoyed popping the dots. Hopefully when he’s older, he can use it to learn counting or simply enjoy the story.

This book is an instant favorite in our house! The Poke-a-Dot buttons make reading so much more interactive—my child loves popping them on every page while we sing along to Old MacDonald’s Farm. It keeps them engaged longer than a regular board book and helps with fine motor skills and counting. The book is sturdy, well-made, and the FSC-certified materials are a nice bonus since it’s safe and eco-friendly. The bright illustrations are fun and colorful, and the popping sound is just the right level—satisfying for kids but not too loud for parents. This is my daughter’s favourite by far, she got it when she was 15 months and absolutely loves it. She plays with the book by herself and we read and sing together as well as count the animals. I bet this will be one of those very long lasting toys!
