Not the same quality as the original
This will work just fine as an inexpensive replacement for the original Samsung unit that costs 3 times more, but the print quality is not the same.Prints appear less sharp and almost over saturated, but still legible.This is great for non-essential print jobs, but I wouldn’t recommend using this is the documents you print are professional/business documents.

Jams and Smears
I went out on a limb and bought the off brand due to all the 5 star reviews, but have found that my printer is jamming every time I try to double side print. It also is smearing toner and I am finding that the toner also isn't fusing to the paper like it used to and wipes off on my hands constantly. I have used the brand of toner I have before with no issues with the samsung head. Once this toner runs out, I'll switch back to the name brand head to save the headaches I am having now.
