I don't know if it's doing me any good but I am so grateful for the tiny capsule i can swallow really easily. It's supposed to improve cognition. It includes Bacopa.

Take this supplement in the morning and take the right dose and not anymore. My experience is that if taken at night or more than the suggested dose, it could cause insomnia.
