One of the oldest bitters in the world for a reason
This is one of the best bitters I’ve purchased. It’s just sweet and bitter enough to pair perfectly with your favorite mid-tier whiskey.

Not strong taste
You get a lot for your money, but you have to use more because it really doesn't have a strong of flavor of the more expensive bitters. Not sure it's worth the money, but it certainly isn't a bad deal.

Just what I wanted
Peychaud's is a licorice-forward bitters, and an essential ingredient in the classic New Orleans cocktail, the Sazerac. I also like it in an Old Fashioned cocktail. Heck, Peychaud's bitters are so good at settling an upset stomach, sometimes I'll just have a small glass of water with Paychaud's.
