Helps with sleep
I don't follow the instructions to take dose 2x a day. I take a dose about 1 hour before I want to go to sleep, and I cannot stay awake when it kicks in. I finally feel like I get a good night's sleep when using this. Will be a repeat buyer.

No return and product arrived unstable
This arrived and it’s chunky even after shaking it it appeared like it crystalized. No return on this product! I would choose a different brand.
