Learning to project myself to any destination anytime excites me. It is so amazing that if we would want to, we will be able to make our astral body and consciousness leave our physical body and explore. Besides the excitement and amazing experience, I believe astral projection can strengthen us mentally and can calm us spiritually, if practiced. Somebody told me out-of-body experience is not really dangerous, but as a first-timer, I would like to have a thorough understanding of this matter before actually doing it. This is the very first book I’ve read about this subject and it did not disappoint me. It gave simple and easy to understand explanations about astral projection’s history, techniques and routes. Short but informative read. A good book for curious individuals who love reading materials with metaphysical subjects.

I had very little knowledge of Astral Projection when I came across this book online. I feel like it is a good introduction to the subject. The writer convinced me that she has actual objective useful information to share. She introduces the concept and gives some details about the history. I only gave four stars because it is not a step by step let me teach you kind of a book and I guess that was what I was looking for. But it shows you the direction and tells you what to learn to get into it. I learned a lot and I would definitely recommend it to people with interest but no knowledge, like me. It is value especially considering it being for free.

The advantage of this book is that you don't need a degree in quantum physics. Altogether an interesting read which makes you feel astral travel is possible

Very concise and well worth your time if you want to learn about astral projection. My only complaint is I wanted more..
