No efforts are made to properly communicate that this device requires another device (>$100) to function. You cannot buy this device and expect it to connect to your phone/tablet/home automation devices (zigbee or zwave in my experience). Additionally, the app and website are poorly designed and even when you switch them to english, you are presented with a mix of english and spanish. Avoid this product.

I love this company and their products
I love this company and their products. I have the Wattio system in my house and it's worked exactly as advertised. I definitely plan on getting some of the newer products they are selling
