The pan is fairly heavy even when empty. It would benefit from having a small grab handle as well as the main handle to make it easier to lift when full with something like paella for instance.

love stainless steel pans knew exactly what to expect regarding frying temps and cleaning, bought this based on the fact I hate rivets in my pan (great place for bacteria to lurk) so was truly horrified when I found the welded handle on this moves. have only had the pan a week and although the movement is minimal now it does not bode well - I will be contacting manufacturer and update when they respond.

Honestly very hard to cook anything.I tried to give it a try several times.Used silicone or wooden utensils only,used always properly oil and tried to adjust temperature,but nothing seems to work. One good thing it's big you can make a big dish ,but it's kinda useless if it burns in the end and destroy food and pan.I regret buying it.
