Potty Training Spray

Good product.
Yes, it does have a weird odor, but it's not horrible. Trying to train a puppy is difficult. It takes a lot of time and patience. This product Does work, but it's not a miracle product. Don't expect your dog or pup to smell it and just magically start going only in that spot. You need to thoroughly clean the areas where they usually potty that you don't want them to potty on so that there's no residual scent from previous potty breaks or accidents. Liberally spray the area you Do want them to relieve themselves, guide them to it, then just be patient.

It was worth a try!
I have a nine-week-old Shih Tzu, Toy Poodle mix. For 3 weeks I had to lay training pads all over the house, especially in places I realized he like to go make. I would chastise him sternly when he would make off of the pad. I would praise him and give him a snack when he made on the pad. Then I saw this product and figured it was worth a try.I removed all but three pads and sprayed all three of them. He has been going straight to the pad ever since. The smell is a little weird but not as bad as dog poop. I could only give it 4 stars because I'm going to have to change the bottle. The sprayer is stuck and it leaks all over my hands when I try to use it.

Worthless!
Save your money!!! You might as well be applying water because this doesn’t work. I bought this because our pocket beagle is refusing to be house broken and I hoped it would encourage him to use the puppy pads, he walks on the pad, sniffs them and then walks away to potty on the floor away from the pads. It’s more of a deterrent than an aid.

Potty training while mommy to a newborn
For the price I think it’s a good product. It does have a smell but it’s very tolerable. It’s not strong or overpowering at all. It has helped a lot with potty training my 8 month old puppy. We had started the potty training process while I was pregnant and she seemed to do okay with it. She still had accidents but we managed to only have it on the tile and not the wood. When the baby was born things took a turn. She was going everywhere!! I had tried the brand OUT but that did nothing for her. With this product she actually smells and goes on the puppy pad. It’s hard to watch her consistently during the day since I have a newborn. We have been using it for about a week and a half and she has gotten better about going potty on the pad. Every day it’s less and less accidents outside the pad . Now I’m thinking about getting the not here spray to aid in the process since this one has helped so much!!

Potty training is more then just spray
I have an 8 year old dog that I had for 7 years who came already potty trained. I have been trying to train her to potty indoors on a real grass potty. For future senior dog days and my busy schedule. I have been trying to put a word to her action with treats. However, I have been unsuccessful. Therefore, I cannot really judge whether this product works or not. The smell of the product does smell like pee but it goes away. It's what I expected since that's how she naturally goes potty outdoors. I sprayed a little then alot, it does not make her go pee. I shall keep trying with training. This may take a month or more at the rate I am going. I'll just be patient and update this post later if this product really topped off my training. Wish me luck.

Does not work
This has a terrible chemical smell. I sprayed it once indoors on a pee pad. It actually drove us all out of the room and we had to open windows to clear the smell. Add to that the fact that it did not attract the puppy to it at all. In fact it did the opposite. He avoided the spot we sprayed. Same thing happened outdoors. The place we sprayed actually repelled our puppy AWAY.

Definitely helps with aim!
I got this because 50% of the time my Yorkie would pee on the edge of the wee wee pad so half of it ended up on the floor. I was at a loss for how to fix that bc she was going to the wee wee pad but I guess she was a little confused? Anyway, I spray this in the middle of the wee wee pad when I first put it down and it has definitely helped! It smells bad when you first spray it but the smell goes away in a few minutes. It doesn't do anything for the smell of the urine. It achieved what I was hoping it would so yay! I dont know if it would work for a dog that wasn't trained for wee wee pads at all.

Didn’t work for us
I knew in advance that buying this spray was a gamble. According to reviews everywhere, it works for some dogs and not at all for others. It was a 50-50 shot, to be generous. The bet didn’t pay off. The scent is strong but not awful. (I wouldn’t recommend indoor use, but it doesn’t render a room uninhabitable.) And yet our Bichon puppy (10 months), who lives to sniff and chew on everything he encounters, didn’t notice it at all. He was neither interested in the scent nor repulsed by it. He walked by the spot I had sprayed generously without even slowing down.It might work for you, but know in advance that you might lose the money you bet (i.e. spend).
