Worth the Money!
I was skeptical at first at the cost, but changed my opinion after we purchased this. It's worth every penny! Well built, sturdy, beautiful finish, smooth operation, and keeps the TV out of view when not in use.

Perfect for the end of the bed
The media could not be loaded. First of all, if you were like me and thinking “am I really going to spend $2K on this? Is it worth it?”, Let me start by saying yes it is.A little back story: I switched my office and bedroom out since the office room is larger. Due to the office having built in shelving on the walls, there’s a lack of tv placement options. I rent, so mounting was out of the question. I needed somewhere to put the tv that wouldn’t kill my neck and be too far away to see, or look bad. I stumbled upon TV lifts.I did a lot of research before dropping 2 grand on something like this, as it wasn’t a necessity. Out of all the companies I could find, Touchstone is by far the more affordable option. I also looked at reviews beyond Amazon, and the general consensus was that it is a good product. Some reviews mentioned the component shelf not having enough space, yet I have my PS5 on there with no problem? And the PS5 is pretty big, So idk what those other people were on.It arrived early which was super nice, and came fully assembled. The only thing I had to do was bring into the room, and mount the tv. The only other thing was testing and managing the cables. My best recommendation is buying a 10ft braided extension cord w 2-3 plug sockets from Walmart. It cost me like $6. I then put a command strip on it and put it on the inside, so everything was plugged in inside and I only ran the one cord out. I have it running under the bed so the cord isn’t loose in the room and hidden.I also chose a 43” tv instead of 50”. The 50” would fit, but for the end of the bed, the 43” was perfect. A 50 would’ve been way too big for how close it is. Then again that’s my personal opinion. The last thing I’ll mention is that it is a heavy piece of furniture, which is good. It’s solid quality material that you can tell will last you a good 10-15 years minimum. So if you’re hesitant, honestly just invest the money in this. I’ve had it for about a month now and use it every day, and it’s beyond worth it.

Great products with exceptional customer service!
I am extremely happy with my purchase. It's easy to attach the television and it looks and works great! My remote for the unit mysteriously disappeared. I looked everywhere. I'm pretty sure someone broke into my home while I wasn't there and stole it. That's all they took, but I'm sure that's what happened. After weeks of searching, I emailed customer service, on a Sunday, to see how I could purchase a new one. I received a reply the following workday. They asked me for my order number or a picture of the control. I sent them both. They sent me a remote at no charge. They wouldn't let me pay for the remote or the shipping cost.

Fantastic
Absolutely love this tv stand. It's very well made and works perfectly. Crazy heavy and sturdy! The front panel is removable making it very easy to run all your cords. We put a power strip in the bottom and ran the one cord out a hole in the corner. We also added casters to the bottom so we can move it around our livingroom. Attaching the tv to the lift was simple and adjusting how high the lift rises was also easy. The shelf fit our antenna box and is a great place for all of our remotes. Absolutely my favorite piece of furniture!

Honey Oak TV Lift Cabinet
I was disappointed that you can't find a lot of online reviews for this product so I felt I had to post my own. I bought the Honey Oak finish, which is the same style and build as the Espresso. I dealt with the company direct and was able to get a color sample, a 4"x6" piece of the wood, sent to my home to see if it matched my bedroom furniture. It was almost a perfect match so I called Evan and placed my order. I bought the cabinet, along with the IR repeater, which is a sensor that allows you to store your cable/satelitte receiver inside the cabinet while still being able to control it with your remote. The repeater has two sensors which allows you to hook up a dvd or Blu ray player as well but putting these units in the cabinet do not make sense as you still would have to load discs. The repeater wires are long enough to allow you to store the dvd/blu ray player under the foot of your bed which is what I was going to do. I then realized I could run my HDMI cable under the rug and behind my armoire and have my Oppo BDP-93 Blu Ray player out in the open where it looks fine. As a result, I don't need the second repeater sensor as I have an unobstructed line of sight to the player.Ordered the cabinet on a Tuesday and it was suppose to be shipped Fed Ex. Evan called me later that day and said they were delivering a high end cabinet to NY and saw that my town in NJ was on the way(they are located in Philly) so they could personally deliver it on Thursday if I was ok with that. This was a no-brainer and I said I was absolutely ok with that arrangement. Evan showed up himself with a helper and they actually brought it upstairs to my bedroom and set it up at the foot of my bed. It's likely that this unit will be shipped to you FedEx but if you're lucky enough to have it delivered by the manufacturer, that's a nice perk. I mounted my 40" Toshiba and placed my receiver inside the cabinet. Hooked up the IR repeater and everything worked just like it was suppose to.The only knock I have on this cabinet is that when it lowers it has a little "slam" effect. Nothing major, but some felt on the inner lip will probably solve this issue. Like I said, I have a 40" LCD but given how close the cabinet is(the foot of my bed) a 32-37" would be a better size. Ideally, If you pick up a flat panel under 40" with an integrated DVD player, that would probably be the best bet for bedroom/foot-of-the-bed placements. One note: You need to have your TV mounted in the cabinet before operating the lift. It will work without the TV mounted, but the lift will not retreat all the way down without the weight of a TV. I only bring that up just so you don't think the lift is broken if it doesn't go all the way down for you out of the box.

It’s quiet and accessible,
Love, love, love my tv elevate lift. I use it at the foot of my bed, although this is a 40” screen, my vision decreased and I was unable to see the print on the screen without getting out of the bed and walking up to the TV. The Honey Oak cabinet quality is excellent and the color matches the rest of my furniture in the bedroom perfectly. During the daytime when the cabinet is closed it blends in as a nice piece of furniture. Thank you Touchstone!

Doesn’t hold cable box or DVD player
This is great for our space where we didn’t want to block the window view with the TV but there is no option for the incorporation of cable box or DVD player
