I have tried several humidifiers for my kids' room and it seemed like others would always have a moldy or mildew smell to them after awhile and that was even after cleaning them. With this one, the only thing we smell is nice, clean, fresh air in their room. The size of this was a lot bigger than I expected but not overly big that it leaks or spills anywhere. I love that you can actually boil the water in the stainless steel bowl to ensure that everything is clean. Adjusting the humidity level is so easy to adjust too. When it comes to the sound, there hardly any noise that comes out of this machine. My toddler is a light sleeper and this doesn't keep them away. So easy to use and love that my babies have clean air in their room. Works better than I expected and I recommend this to everyone that comes over.

After being really tired of the bulky humidifiers we’ve had for a few years I went on the hunt for a new one and it HAD to be nicely designed, quiet, didn’t mold, easy to use & especially clean. I was willing to spend $ on something quality that checked these boxes and guaranteed lasting many years. What intrigued me about the Carepod is that they were designed by doctors and they use an award winning stainless steel anti-mold interior for 99% sterilization. That already checked off two of my big boxes so I decided to buy one and check it out considering they have a 30-day money back guarantee. The minute I unboxed it, I knew I was going to love it. What’s not to love about it? - A toddler could put it together and clean it. It’s that simple to use and the filter is tiny and easy to clean with water. - The size and design is clean and refreshing and I’m happy to present it in any room. - I’m not worried that my family is breathing in mold or mildew bc the stainless steel tank is amazing. - It is ridiculously quiet and even soothing. All boxes checked!! ✅

After 3 1/2 months of good operation suddenly.....no mist. Contacted customer support which is only available by email, no phone number, and they asked for a video to be sent. I did that and included other pics of the unit not creating any mist. They shipped me a new oscillator which did not fix the problem, still no mist at any level. I sent them a new video showing the installation of the new oscillator, a very simple plug in task. I asked customer support to send a complete new Carepod unit and a prepaid shipping label to return the old one. They sent a link for the order number to be put in and since I purchased the unit from Amazon (with a $20 discount) they said they could not work directly with me even though I sent them a copy of the paid Amazon receipt. Initially they said the unit was also back ordered and would not ship until April because of all the shipping and trucking delays at this time. They suggested I contact their 3rd party reseller via Amazon. I could not find them on Amazon. The unit was purchased mid October 2021 with a one year warranty. Amazon's return policy on this unit ended on January 31, 2022, 3 1/2 months after the unit was purchased. I then contacted Amazon customer service and even though it took two phone calls Amazon was willing to give me a one time exception on a refund directly back to my original form of payment. Thank you for that Amazon. This Carepod humidifier was the quietest, easy to clean, without bright or night light interference for sleeping and best looking of any humidifier on the market at the time I purchased it. Too bad the unit stopped working and their customer support did not measure up. Why would it matter where I purchased the unit, it was clearly their product and clearly they did not want to stand behind the product warranty of one year. None of the electronics that make this unit operate are accessible so it's impossible for anyone with a mini screwdriver and a little ambition to look deeper into the reason for the units failing as I have seen so many YouTube videos on humidifier repair. Any company without telephone support for their products???? Buyer beware! Really to bad. The doctor who invented this humidifier had a great thing going but the lack of customer support and standing behind their product is not going to make the company last long.

This is the best ! It is sooo easy to clean! I dont worry about my son breathing in things he shouldnt! It is quiet, great mist, amazing wuality, helps him sleep when he is sick, he can breath better, not loud at all, easy easy easy to work and clean, stores great and worth every penny!! Theres a tiny light on the top we cover with a cloth so it doesnt wake him up.

I bought this humidifier to put in the main living space of my house, an area that includes kitchen, dining and living room. The area is roughly 500sqft, The size of area that the humidifier is designed to work for. It has a large reservoir so that I really only have to fill it once each day. There are timer options at 4, 6 and 8 hours and also an automatic shutoff if I just let it run. It’s very convenient to use and to fill. The top flips open to just pour more water in as needed. The inside, stainless steel basin can also be lifted out to fill or for cleaning. I like having the different humidity settings. I typically choose that setting based on what will remain in the air, which I can see if the mist keeps rising. When it is super dry, the highest setting is absorbed into the air readily. If the humidity in the air is already a bit higher, the mist will condense and settle. Anyhow, it works great! The capacity is large, making it easy to upkeep at times when I’m running it constantly. It is super easy to clean and dry out when not in use. I’ve never had a humidifier that was so easy to clean before… no nooks and crannies for water to get trapped in. The design is clean and unobtrusive. It runs quiet so I don’t even notice it running. I think this was a good buy.

Arizona summers are very hot and very dry. We’ve always had a humidifier to keep my room feeling better. I decided to buy this because it is effective and easy to use. It’s also very nice to wash so I can keep it clean and thus keep the air in my room clean. There’s no smell since I wash it regularly and overall it’s pretty quiet. It was a little pricy but I feel like the value is worth the price. Overall it’s nice.

Highly recommend if you care about clean, fresh hygienic humid. I used to use some of affordable and cheerful humidifiers, then needed to replace from time to time because it builds up dark residue in area where not possible to clean, even with special bottle cleaning brush or whatever is possible to clean. Not to mention the bad smell. Carepod no need to worry about this and so easy to clean. Smells very fresh with confident hygienic structure. Also very quiet to run, virtually no sound. This is not flawless though. It will make the floor watery if turn to medium/high humid mode. Solution is to place the humidifier in somewhere higher than ground, like high chair or on top of shelve.

Really happy with this humidifier! It runs super quiet and is easy to clean with just a few parts. The tank lasts a long time, and I love the auto shut-off for peace of mind. Big plus that the filter is reusable. Perfect for a large room.

I was recently told I needed a humidifier to help with severe dry eye symptoms. I have used the usual humidifiers in the past, the ones made of plastic, with a lot of little nooks and crannies that need special brushes to clean. They take time and effort to clean and you're never really sure it's completely sanitized. This Carepod is the exact opposite. Not only is it whisper quiet, but it is very easy to clean. The stainless steel parts are dishwasher safe, or easy to handwash, as well. The instructions indicate that the stainless steel parts can be boiled but the water bowl is quite large and I don't have a pot big enough to submerge them. I use reverse osmosis-filtered water in the unit and I've had no issues with white residue on the furniture. This humidifier is more expensive than others I've used in the past, but I feel that the ease of cleaning, the almost silent operation, and the lack of worry regarding potential mold in the air, make it well worth the cost.

I was really eyeing to get this humidifier because it can be sterilized. I live because I don't have to worry cleaning it and worrying about the molds or bacteria that might grow. It got really good amount of mist as well, easy to use and size is perfect for our room. This is really good choice especially This cold season helps us prevent everyone from catching flu especially my little one. Love it.

Very high quality humidifier. Have been using it several months now. Design with Stainless steel bowl is very easy to keep clean. Have had other humidifiers that have design where water sits that are impossible to clean and built up with calcium and gunk. That will never happen with this one. What I don’t like is the bright led lights that always stay on and cannot be dimmed. I ended up putting a black piece of clutter over the whole top of it. Another downside is there is only 3 low medium high for amount of vapour to come out. And low in my opinion is far too much. So much that it has made the carpet in my room has developed bubbles and has a big water stain on it. I have run other humidifiers before and this has never happened because I could turn them down lower. Overall I am happy with this humidifier and would recommend.
