The product is excellent, always my favorite purchase. Unfortunately, I received it outside my door, and it was broken. It seems the delivery guy threw it at the door. This action is unacceptable. Unfortunately, it was non-refundable.

It wasn’t packed properly
The product is good and arrived with a sealed sticker on the bottle. However, it wasn’t packed properly and should have been secured with at least bubble wrap.
