Exactly what my husband needed. Easy to attach and detach from the back of his shirt . It caught his hearing aid whenever it came out of his ear.

i like how the clip works on the collar because it lays flat when its closed. all the other ones i tried the clip remains in the up position and get's gnarly in the shirt collar. also the loops are large enough but not too big. if you look closely, you can see how the loop can slip over on the buttons of the hearing aid and rest in the middle so that the buttons work. in my case i have these in-ear molds and so i have to slip the clip over the actual hearing aid. Even it the rubber loop slips off the loop is not so big that the earing aid falls out. i tried several different types of these and all of them were nearly impossible for me to open the loops and insert the hearing aid

These clips do not hold the hearing aids very well! They are very loose and fall out constantly. Will shop for another brand!!

We had to look and look to find just what we wanted. These are intended for hearing aids that fit behind the ear but we needed something to attach to a cochlear external device. The clip at the end clips onto our device and it works perfectly. Exactly what we needed!

Anyone with a loved one who suffers from dementia and wears hearing aids, needs to have one of these. The small price is nothing compared to having to replace an actual hearing aid. The clip slips onto the back of their shirt and each end slips over a hearing aid. Very lightweight. We learned the hard way. Had to pay $6000. to replace my sister’s hearing aids only to later find them hanging on a small Christmas tree in her room. Had she already had one of these gems it would have saved her a lot of money!!!

I needed something to secure my hearing aids, but I could not connect the little loops to them. So this was a failed purchase for me. My hearing aids might be too thick, I don't know. They might work for someone else.

Looks good but was missing one size the one I needed. You can see there is three of one size. I will order again as quality seems ok.
