Worth it
I bought this to preserve my silk press and it works so well I couldn’t believe it. I have 4C hair and I sweat a lotttt. This headband kept my hair straight after a hard workout. However I don’t think it’d work for something like hot yoga. (I did put my hair in like four pigtails and keep the headband on until it dried)

Keeps your head warm
I am a walker and enjoy winter walking especially.wearing a hat at times make me too heated. I found a similar item at my local hair store and used for years. They no longer carried so i have to find a replacement swiftly. This is more pricey but it does the trick. I have give as gifts to my fellow winter fitness buddies and they loved it as well
