Comfortable, Stylish, and a Chair Back that TILTS BACK!
Where has this chair been in my life? It's been missing. That's where. I have been hunting for YEARS to find an office chair that has a back that tilts back AWAY from the seat bottom. Usually when office chairs claim that they tilt, this means the whole seat tilts back, meaning there is no movement in the individual's hinge at the hip joints. When you sit for HOURS and HOURS like I do, this is not a relief. But THIS chair back tilts back away from the seat bottom, so you actually RECLINE back. Also, the lumbar support is amazing, like super great! (Goodbye extra lumbar support pillow.) Also, the seat bottom is not too deep, meaning the backs of my knees do not rub on the seat edge. Check the measurements listed in the description because they are very helpful. My prior chair seat bottom was too deep, obviously made for someone at least 6 foot tall. I am just under 5 foot 7 inches, and this chair fits me perfectly. I can even rest my head on the headrest. It's life-changing!My only critique is that the overall height adjustment could go a little lower. I have it resting at the lowest setting and my feet do touch the ground, but sometimes I like to move my feet forward more, and the height of the chair won't really allow that. HOWEVER, I already have a footstool under my desk, so I can still move my feet forward more despite the height of this chair. The arms of the chair are lower than the usual office chair. But for me, this is great, because I type A LOT, and these chair arms stay out of my way. Then when I do want to rest my arms on them, it keeps me from shrugging my shoulders up. My lower forearms/wrists/hands touch the chair arms, not my elbows, which again is better for me, because the leather on my prior chair irritated my elbows as they rested on them.ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS, this chair is stunningly beautiful. The cream is a gorgeous, perfect cream, not yellowish and not too white, but it truly brightens up my home office which is also in my master bedroom suite. The bonded leather feels smooth and supple, and I feel like the chair looks way more expensive than it was. My husband even agrees that it looks amazing and is quite supportive. The mid-century simplistic style of the chair really pairs well with many styles. My bedroom suite is traditional/French country style, and my office furniture is more industrial/modern with wood, metal, and glass, and this chair ties in nicely with all of that. The only difficulty had during assembly was getting the rollers into the metal base. My husband had to help with this because I just couldn't get them to pop in. Other than that, the rest of the chair was very easy to assemble.

Nice chair for the price
I have really nice hardwood floors at home, so I bought Lifelong's Replacement Office Chair Wheels Rubber Chair casters to use on this chair and they fit and work perfect. I needed a tall chair that worked with my Fully Standing Desk and this chair is tall enough. It was very easy to assemble, looks sharp, and is pretty comfortable. My only two improvements would be a deeper seat because I'm 5'10, and the back support is SO BEEFY that it feels a little like I have to lean back to have my shoulders reach the back of the chair. Not sure if this will be great or not ergonomically but I didn't want to spend more than $300. I don't know what the large, center knob on the bottom of the chair does either, and it's not labeled and the instructions don't specify. I'd recommend the chair though so far!

Overpriced, but not bad.
PROS:1) The looks of this chair. Very chic and modern. Nothing arrived damaged, as it was packaged very well.2) The tilt of the back.* It leans back far enough to take a rest, but not feel like I'm about to tip over. And I can either keep the back flexible for rocking, or lock it at the tilt I desire.3) The arms. Because they're low and padded, I can sit cross-legged comfortably. (I acknowledge that not many others like to sit cross-legged in a chair, but I do, so this was nice.) The height of the arms is also low enough to fit under a desk.4) The seat quality. Overall, the back and seat are well made, with the cushioning being comfortable, but not too plush.CONS:1) The wheels. I could not, for the life of me, get these wheels to lock in to the base. And there was nothing specific in the instructions. I just had to place them all in, continue assembling the chair, and roll the chair to its destination. If I were to lift this chair or roll around too much on my carpet, all the wheels would fall out. But even so, they do roll smoothly and feel secure when I'm just sitting.2) The panel connecting the back to the seat. The directions indicated 3 bolts to be inserted, but the metal panel coming from the back only had one hole drilled. The corresponding piece on the seat had the 3 holes, just not the back's panel. Strange. With just the one bolt being used, it feels secure enough. But it's just lazy on the manufacturer's part.3) The lumbar support. It's a little low for my own body, and there seems to be no way to adjust it. Unless I'm missing something... ?4) *The tilt of the back (continued). At its neutral position, I'm still leaning back. It's still comfortable, but not the best if I want perfectly upright posture. I'm making do by using a small throw pillow behind my lumbar. (This is also to accommodate Con #3.)OVERALL: I definitely overpaid, but I don't dislike it strongly enough to return it.

Comfortable and very nice looking
I love everything about this chair with one exception… the arms are too short.
