Cuts well and get a really good top surface finish on walnut wood (hobby cnc). Feels like it's already sanded up to 100/120grit. I'm running it fairly slow at 13K rpm, 1000mm/min, 1.5mm stepover, 1mm depth of cut

Bit was perfect for the cost. It did everything I needed it too. Cut was nice.

I have found my go to bit for dep carves on my cnc machine. The bits have worked well every time I have used them. The issue with longevity is really my fault and not the bit. I have plunged my router too deep and had the lower portion snap off and I have also dropped it from about 5 feet and had it snap off too. for what it costs it is a great bit.

Strong for such a little guy! Perfect for cutting the small dados I needed. Did a good job.

I like to cut signs (and intricate pieces of signs) with my Shaper Origin, and this bit can get into sharp corners much more effectively than other bits (like the 1/8th or 1/4 inch). I’ve started working with 2.7mm plywood, and this bit can easily cut it in one pass, and as it’s a down cut bit, it seems to minimize the sanding needed on the top edge (which is a big deal for me). The bit is a little pricey, but this far I’d say “Worth every penny!”

After a 8 different engraving bits of various styles this one is finally what solved my project issue of getting high detail engraved control panel lettering to work well on HDPE ColorCore plastic. A very specific need, but this uniquely solved my problem and the key was 1/32" downcut spiral flutes. Everything else led to fuzzy poor quality lettering with lots of chips to handpick out. No so with this bit! Perfect and clean cuts with successive 0.3mm depth cuts at 0.0025" chip load.

Excellent tip for the fine detail that you need. I had to purchase more because the quality was great. Love the precise detail that it gives the wood.

I had bought a 1/32" bit for $60 to use with my shaper origin, but it broke almost immediately. So I bought 3 of these in case they broke as well... but i only needed the one and it stayed sharp through the whole project... left a very clean cut . Excellent tool!

SpeTool bits are my go to bits for CNC. Having purchased several (dozens) different sizes and types, I am never disappointed in the sharpness, durability and overall quality. They are great value.

It cuts cleanly and appears to be holding up quite well. It does whine alot under pressure, but i have to think it's the small bit trying to chew thru tough wood.

Great performace

Used in a Bosch 12v handheld router on solid walnut. Cuts nice and clean, obviously if not cutting though the material waste will accumulate with it being a down cut.
