Tasty, better than raw
These freeze dried broccoli florets are quite tasty. Personally, I prefer cooked over raw broccoli, as I find raw to have a harsh off-putting flavor. These do not have that raw broccoli taste and are probably somewhere in between. My dog enjoys them too!

Finally found a source!
Had purchased pre-packaged salads that included freeze-dried corn, and wanted to find out where I could buy them. I had never had this product, and it is a great addition to a salad. It took a bit of research because I didn't think of the term "freeze-dried", but finally found these at Amazon. Bought them and have been using them for several months. Good taste - not perfect but very good. They add flavor and variety to any salad, or you can eat them right out of the bag. Good product.

Taste of Sweet Corn Off
It was nice and crunchy, but the taste was off. It tasted old. I discovered freeze-dried corn in a chopped salad kit and it was delicious. And what a way to brighten up a salad! I read the reviews here on Amazon and thought this would be a good choice. Giving the company, the benefit of the doubt, perhaps it was just these two packs that were disappointing.
