40+M, athletic, 1 partial rotator cuff surgery, trying to avoid the need for a second. This system is great! I wish i would have found it years ago. Make sure to check out the video lessons online. Post-op rehab, i realized the shoulder is the most complicated muscular system in our body. I’ve been on the look out for a way to fully exercise my shoulders to help with strength, stability, and recovery. This is it. After just 3 days of the “shoulder pain” routine I was feeling better.

I have had rotator, labrum and bicep repair on right shoulder and this system has proven to be worth it’s weight in gold for rehab & strength! I recommend this system for those trying to build strengths and or going through rehab!

I cannot recommend this enough after six months of a injured shoulder this fixed me within a week and after 30 days I’m completely healed I am really shocked. Absolutely excellent

I’m pretty conflicted about this review. I’ve used this system in gyms before and really like it. I’ve seen systems still in use after a few years, but within 15 minutes of use after delivery of my “Athletic” system, the handle on one of the red (15#) bands snapped in half. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a new band (not sure if only one band or a set of two - if they only sent a single band, I’ll need to submit another warranty claim). The next day, after about another 30 minutes of total use, the other red band handle cracked. That means both handles broke in less than an hour of use (only doing the exercises on the chart that comes with the bands). Not sure what is happening at quality control at Crossover, but a higher quality PVC for the handles can’t be too much more expensive, right? Another issue is the material of the squat rack attachments is too slick (or my squat rack is too smooth) because those need to get adjusted all the time - they won’t stay still. I am going to give those a few more days to break in before I give up on them. EDIT 12/20/21 Crossover sent new bands a few weeks ago. They’ve held together well and I’ve been happier with the product since the new bands arrived. The squat rack attachments are still too slippery and I find myself adjusting them regularly, but I’ll have to live with that, I guess.

I am a cross fitter with some shoulder mobility issues, I have trouble with some overhead movements and it's been frustrating. I am confident the Crossover Symmetry is going to help me progress! I can already feel it working.

Very well made. Read over the material before heading to the gym; definitely some familiarization with exercises re: light va heavy, eye height vs knee height.

Idea is great. I’d love healthier shoulders. I’d also love to not have a handle break on first use after literally 20 reps. Waaaaay to expensive for such poor quality.

Handles broke on first use.

I have a pretty smashed up shoulder with all sort of issues. I’m completly honest when I say that after only two times using it, I have seen a big improvement. As a CFL1 coach I already recommanded it to an athlete. The price tag bugged me at first, but this thing really works, very pleasant to do and easy to set up even for a lazy guy like me. Great product!!

Love this. I picked it up because I have a nagging shoulder injury on my throwing arm. It’s given me an all around strength to my shoulders that has helped with recovery. I use this before all my workouts. It only takes a few minutes and gets my shoulders fired up and ready to go.

Great, just started using this only issue is I tried to order the door belt one and somehow ended up with the squat rack. Now I can only use in the gym. Hopefully you can send me the door belts like I initially had wanted and tried to order and I can get these shoulders fixed up proper

This system is so beneficial! I love it. The workout is very clear with the hanging picture instructions. I've had one other similar system, but in comparison the other was a joke. This is well worth its money. The package arrive quickly. The only reason why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because one of the handle tubes was broken when I received it. It wasn't worth sending back as I didn't want to wait for a replacement so my husband replaced the tube with a new one. It works perfectly.

It came sooner than I was expecting. It’s easy to use and is very beneficial.
