12-Piece Solid Brass Jag Set

I have been using Tipton carbon fiber cleaning rods for quite some time now and I am really impressed with them. Hopefully these jags are the same quality. I have used this set around a half a dozen times now and so far I like them a lot. I did not give them five stars as I wanted to get some use on them to see if they will hold up. I will update my review when I get more time on them. Currently, I have used the 9mm, 40cal, and 45cal jags. I have been using between 2" and 2.25" pro shot patches with them and they seem to fit great. The quality of the jags looks really well. None of them had any visual defects. The only thing that I think they should do is add the bore size to the jag. The case is labeled and most of the jags don't fit in the hole below it but it would be nice to have it stamped on the jag. The case is a nice addition to the set, but I think that the jags will outlast it. It is made of plastic and the hinge is just flexible plastic which tends to wear out in my experience.

Does what they're supposed to do.

Not exactly what's shown in the picture, it's in a different box and the box it comes in is extremly hard to get the jags out... Almost impossible, also it took a month to get it in the mail after I payed 30$ for shipping!!! That's more then the actual product, it should have never took that long especially when it was such a small item.Not happy at all..

Great set of Brass Jags. Very well constructed. The set contains a good selection of jags for different calibers. Would recommend.

This set of brass jags work well. The jag calibers I have used to clean various rifles and pistols have fit snugly in the bore and do an excellent job.

A nice kit with all the common caliber. Recommended
