Defective product
Not worked at all. Amazon sent technician to verify. He confirmed same. Product manufactur date was June 2021 ( 1 and half year old). Seller was Dwayne technology. Product cover also has other delivery address of Latur suggesting that it was already returned by previous customer. Not happy with seller who has sent defective piece.

Warning for those lured by the discount.
First off I did not buy this in amazon but from a competitor because of bank discount (I did not have any SBI card to avail amazon offer). There is a reason the product is deep discounted, I am writing this review immediately after receiving, so others do not fall prey to the lure. While before giving the OTP only the box seemed so old and pathetic, although the initial inspection seemed ok without any visible defect, but after the delivery guy left, a finer inspection of the product showed why a 28k product is sold for 9K. 1) The door does not close flush, there is a 2 -3 mm drop on the handle side, the top does not sit flush! 2) Running the hand along the touted ceramic cavity shows that finish in the edges are not ceramic but rough Iron/steel sheet. (near the front / door end) 3) The website displayed a trusted seller name but the bill/invoice sticker shows a different seller name! (my mistake to fall prey to a non x assured product) I will later post a review after testing it for a few days (that is after the installation guy comes).
