nice smell and flavours
They fit comfortably in the mouth and really help seat the trays properly, which makes a big difference in getting the aligners snug. With five boxes, you get plenty of chewies. Definitely a useful addition to any orthodontic routine!

Good for the price
Good, but they do lose their firmness quite quick. When you first start they're nice and firm, but after the first round of chewing they start to cave in. But good enough for a fair few usages for the price.
