Just replaced the original that lasted 6 years. Excellent security light with good motion detection. I just screwed the new light into the previous mounting and turned it on. Simple, long lasting and effective.

Great lights. Have had 3 of them around my shed for years and one of them just died after 5 years of hanging outside under the elements. I can probably replace the battery but I got my moneys worth and decided to order a new one

4 stars only because I wanted to mount it 'under' my 12" overhang on the house, as high up as possible (so bad guys cant get to it), but it has limitations on mounting height as you need to have sun access to solar panel. Being the handy-man I am (not bragging), I made a very simple bracket to hold it 10" away from the wall and then the solar panel could be adjusted perfectly. Otherwise, these lights work great. It rains a lot in my state, and no worries. Also, I love the constant-on dim lighting, and when you get anywhere near it..... bam, spot light. Makes my wife feel more safe if it's her turn to take out the trash on the dark side of the house.

I now have four of these DrawGreen solar motion sensor lights installed in various locations around the yard. The first was installed in February 2019, the second in April 2019, the third in September 2019 and the fourth in December 2109. The amount of light provided is perfect for lighting porches and walkways (10ft to 15ft away), much further away and the motion sensing becomes spotty (I say that as an FYI and not as a negative); however, they work perfect for how I use them. All locations stay lit all night long, even in winter. Overcast skys have not been a problem, and all four lights stay charged. I estimate they receive at least 6 hours of sun exposure per day. Failures = 1: after 13 months of use the first light I installed stopped working. Upon investigation I found that it leaked water into the light housing which caused it to fail. I contacted DrawGreen who sent me a replacement. No questions asked, received new light about 7 to 10 days after contacting them. I'm very pleased and happy with their fast response and excellent customer service. BTW - when the light senses motion and switches to full-bright it provides a good amount of light for front porch entry areas. Just remember you need to place it so that it can get sunlight to recharge during the day.

Purchased this light four weeks ago for the purpose of providing illumination for a security camera on a dark side of the house. The always on low-beam light works great for the intended purpose. I have the light mounted on the south-east corner of the house; it gets plenty of sun-light during the day. A few cloudy days didn't seem to impact its performance. I'm a little disappointed with the motion detection range (to trigger the high-beam); i estimate it triggers at about 10 ft (rough estimate). However, I have the light mounted about 10 ft off the ground, so that may be a factor in the motion detection range. I'm interested in purchasing another, but going to wait a bit to see how this one plays out. The picture was taken through my security camera, which is mounted directly above the light, while the light was in low-beam. Will update the stars if this turns out to be a lemon.Update: Over a year later this light is still working great. Even during the reduced daylight and cloudy winter months the light charged sufficiently to carry it through the night hours. Going to buy another one for the other side of the house.Update: Light worked great for almost two years, but now is dead. I expected a bit more longevity. Will try another manufacturer as a replacement.

Made mostly of metal. Have owned it for 7 years and never changed the battery. Has a low light mode at night but when it detects motion gets brighter. Easy mount works great.

I was hoping for good lighting in my driveway. The illustration is very low. The motion sensor is very sad. You have to be almost on top of it for it to sense you. It does a good sensor trigger if you approach it from the side. I went low cost and I got very low quality. It was my choice so I am stuck with it. I suggest you go with another

Cela fait plus de 2 ans que je l'ai installé et honnêtement il marche toujours aussi bien, je l'ai mis en face de ma terrasse pour éclairer car je vie en plein bois donc tres noir la nuit tombé, apres 2 ans d'utilisation il reste aussi puissant qu'au premier jour avec decteur de mouvement et il ressemble à une caméra. C'est réellement du bon matériel, il pèse son poids je suis bluffé par cet éclairage solaire qui eclaire super bien comme vous le voyez sur la photo je vais en acheter un autre

j'ai pu constater après la pose que l'obscurité déclenche l'allumage. Je l'ai mis à 3 m environ et le champ balayé permet une bonne détection. La lumière est accentuée puis revient à la normale après quelques dizaine de secondes. Son allure de caméra peut également dissuader. je recommande d'autant plus que les délais de livraison annoncés ont été respectés.Rien à dire pour l'instant.

Lampe ist komplett aus Alu und sehr stabil und wahrscheinlich langlebiger als der wackelige Kunststofffuß beim Sunix.2. Akku tauschbar3. Neigung Lampe und Solarmodul getrennt einstellbar.Ich habe mich deswegen für Draw Green entschieden.

The low light/standby mode does not produce much light, and on cloudy winter days the unit cannot charge up enough to sustain the low level light, which stays on constantly in darkness. It would be better if there were a switch to disable the low level light, then the unit could save it's power for the high level light which comes on only when motion is detected. The motion detector works well. I'm sure this light is great for people who live in sunny parts of the world, but not the murky UK in winter!UPDATE - after a few days of sun, the light works very well, all night. I bought another one! Good product.
