“I’ve purchased several books in a variety of categories in the past. I particularly like this one because it provides a high level overview of what to expect and brings to light things you wouldn’t know or think about. I’ve always wanted to start my own channel so this will definitely be a strong guide starting off. The best part is that this is the beginning of a series of multiple books to come. So you will get additional insight as you grow your channel. I eagerly await the next entry in this series.

For me this book was basic and boring, with many grammar and spelling issues. The sentence flow just didn’t hook me, and was like reading a middle school text book at times. Overall if you have never used YouTube in your life, this might be worth it, but for anyone with even a basic understanding this gives you nothing super useful, just basic common sense. 2/5 Star Rating.

Although I probably will never have the courage to upload a single video, this thoughtful book allowed me to dream a little by having my brain play the “what if?” game. It provides a comprehensive list of common pitfalls and the steps that need to be taken in order to avoid them. Highly recommended.
