Each capsule measures approximately 1inch, so it can be challenging for most people to swallow and has a very foul odor.I'm not an expert, and I rely on reliable websites like the NHS or my GP to get information about nutritional requirements for supplements.I've been taking this for a couple of days now, and I am glad that I am not feeling any adverse effects.This is taken twice a day, so a bottle lasts up to just one month. As per its content, it has more vitamins and minerals than the current one I am using. Tho since it claims to be vegan-friendly, it has no omega 3, which I regularly take.And as an auditor, it could have been better if it followed the GMP standards or other manufacturing standards, ensuring that customers get the highest quality possible.

I’m actually pretty happy with this product mainly due to the amount and versatility of the vitamins. I find it quite hard to find this type of product that includes all the vitamins that you need and this one ticks the box.The pills themselves are easy to swallow, I don’t get any aftertaste either. I know there is a bit of a confusion about the product being (or not) suitable for vegans so that might be something the manufacturer can look into and update?I feel like the price is fair, again you get most of the vitamins needed, and the expertise of a established brand behind it.The only issue I have is the size of the packaging, I love it in general but I feel like it’s a bit of a waste as only half of the tub is actually filled with vitamins. I’d love to see either smaller packaging or increased amount of the pills.I do recommend this product, it works well and the price is fair 👍🏻

Since I’m a very active person, this supplement contains the sufficient vitamins and minerals to keep me going for the entire day.PhD Nutrition Vital capsules is a truly advanced, expertly formulated blend of 23 vitamins & minerals, digestive enzymes, BioPerine and a powerful combination of Alpha Lipoic Acid & Co Enzyme Q10. The bottle contains 60 capsules, and the recommended intake is 2 capsules a day, so it’s good for one month.I take a lot of supplements for my immunity, digestion, gut, and brain health. I’m so happy to come across this supplement because it has everything I need. It is also vegan and has a recyclable tub which is excellent compared to plastic tubs that are bad for the environment. I gave it a week to observe and I’m so happy to feel the difference, I have more energy to work and do my other daily activities without easily getting tired.Overall, this is a good supplement for me. Although there are cheaper alternatives, the price is fair since you get a lot of benefits, and the packaging is also nice and environmental-friendly.

I have noticed absolutely no benefit in using these. I have actually felt worst since I started using them. Before I was using Centrum and will definitely go back to using them over these.

As another reviewer has observed, there are problems in establishing whether these tablets are suitable for vegans or not. The heading provided by the manufacturer suggests they are but their table on the product page says they are not. There is further confusion as the text advises the tablets should be taken with food whereas the information on the back of the tin says that can be taken at anytime.I experienced a further problem in that the seal on the tablet tin I received was broken which may impact on their shelf life. Whereas the packing looks smart it is also disappointing that the tin is less that a quarter full of tablets - 60 in total with just a 30-day supply with two taken daily.That makes the tablets really expensive at close to £15 at time of review, or 50p a day! And they smell rather unpleasant which I hope is not a product of slow deterioration in an unsealed tin!So, there’s not much to redeem this product for me. I won’t be a regular purchaser of these tablets. A generous two stars.
