If you're having trouble going to sleep because your mouth is too dry, or if you wake up during the night with dry mouth, this is a great product to try in order to get some relief. It has worked for me for years.

Taste is more delicate than many. Hyuralonic acid is probably helpful--less xylitol maybe too (for tummy, anyway) Offers same challenge as most dry mouth lozenges (resist urge to chew & swallow). I use while sleeping, go thru more than I should - I try to keep 'em in my cheek area. [There exist 'glues itself in place' varieties; these didn't work for me in the past, but my mouth is drier still now - might b worth another try]

I've seen the other brand which has a gel or pills with a gummy sticky side, but wanted to try the tablet version. They have a pleasant spearmint sort of taste and do take a while to dissolve, but they don't last the night. I've had mixed results in using them, but overall they were good. Since I tape my mouth when I use my cpap, I haven't tried taking another when I wake up during the night. I'm going to try sticking one between my cheek and gums to see if that helps.

These are great. They work as a breath mint and also add moisture to my mouth. Surprised and pleased as most products don't do what they promise.
