Q: Size chart is confusing, says 3xl has a chest size of 29 inches, which means child sizes. but reviewers say it runs big. can someone explain sizing?

I think you have to double the number to get the whole chest size. Some doesn't indicate the whole circumference. So the chest size would be 2x29=58

Q: Are these sizes correct? The largest is 30" "bottom" Presumably hips) - which is tiny!?

They come in larger sizes; I think you should size down.

Q: What country is this made in?

I didn't check to see because I needed it ASAP for one of my students in lab. It came and she was happy and it fit well.
