This review is 18 months after the purchase and every one of the torches still recharges and lights up during the evening. They give off a comforting glow and a nice ambience. these are not like outdoor lighting perse. You can't read by them or see all around the yard for instance. These torches are a really nice addition to the patio I spent so long making. This product is a very good choice for outdoor solar torches.

These lights look and work great! Second set I have purchased a very good value. They last about 2 years.

I love the look of these, more modern than most. But nearly all the spikes have broken off. It doesn’t take much and “snap”. This is the only disappointing part. I have two packs of these and at least half are broken and we’ve had to put them in the ground with no spikey point, causing them to sit Lowe than the others.

I purchased these and followed the directions out of the box. Press the button to turn them on and let charge for 8 hours.They lasted one night.I had them replaced and let them charge from sun up to sun down with direct sunlight (approx 10 hrs) and they’ve lasted all night for about 8 days so far.The picture shows how I put them in the box and let them charge the second time.The on button does not have an indicator to what is on. Covering the solar top will turn the light on. I just put them upside down in the box to assure they were actually on.The key is to get the first charge as long as you can. In my case it was more then recommended. Set them up in the box like the picture above and let them charge all day. They really do have a cool light effect with the sequence of the LED.Give it a try. It’s Amazon, worse case is your sending them back.UPDATE: after a month or so the lights became dim and we’re not working as well. I moved them all to a spot where they would get sun from sun up to sun down again. That night 3 of them would only light for about 10 min and then we’re very dim again.

I really like these lights. Perfect for our Halloween decorations. Only issue is one stopped working after 2 days. We charged for 2 days prior to turning them on for an extended time, I changed batteries and checked connections. Just stopped working. So to even out the walkway I had to pull another up. 8 is now 6. The ones that work are nice though.

Do i wish they were a bit bigger brighter taller..well yeah , but they last all night, are 1/3 of the price of my previous ones andThey are a pretty design..The white part looks more white than id like durin the day too but overall id buy em again..When you need a bunch its hard to beat the price.. got em for halliween but ill prob leave em up all year..High enough that most of our snowstorms wont cover them..they are just below my knees and i have long legs....Id say a 4, but for the price, a 5..Ive gotten a few compliments on em already..🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

These barely put out any light and only last about 15 minutes even after being in full sun all day.

The media could not be loaded. I bought an 8pk of orange and 8pk of purple for Halloween to line the drive and walkway. And I'm blown away. I expected them to be so-so, they weren't crazy expensive and you usually get what you pay for. At around $40 they come to about $5 a piece. And the quality is amazing. The new style ones have a fancy button on the outside you just push for off and on.They come with extra extentions so can have them a couple lengths as well. Just pop it all together, and let charge (need sun, if rainy like here it just take a couple extra days to charge, might not stay on as long at night until the sun shines again)...Quite large, sturdy, bright! Really do have the effect of a flame.Think I need more asap! Have a lot of areas to line up with these beauties 😍
