Good Holiday Reading
Being on holiday last week was a great time to catch up on some reading, and For the Love of Grace was the perfect kind of book to relax with. Kimberly Rae Jordan has certainly thought up a different scenario for a romance for this one, and I enjoyed seeing how Bennett and Grace gradually come together as a couple. Bennett is a lovely hero and I felt for Grace as she works through the issues that she has. It’s always nice to catch up with other friends and family members as well. There are some interesting and some emotional moments in this novel, and I felt tears in my eyes on more than one occasion. I did, at points, find that the explanation of some of Grace’s feelings and issues was repeated a bit too much, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying the story and wanting to see how it all worked out. I wonder whose story will be next in this series?

Great read
Loved Bennett and Grace’s story! Just could not put the book down. The book illustrates that God works in mysterious ways, and that love does overcome fear!!

Another good read!
Enjoyed this story. The two main characters were good, just wish the author would bring the romance together between the two, a bit more earlier in the book 'tho, not right until the last couple of pages!

Love it
I love a good old fashioned romance with a modern twist. Really enjoyed seeing how it would turn out at the end

Hmmm...
I have read all Kimberley Rae Jordan's books and waited patiently for this book. I even downloaded it on pre-order and saved it to read on a long haul flight. Unfortunately it did not hold my attention like the others. After a good introduction to the main characters, Grace and Bennett nothing seemed to happen other than family visits, a home move and stuff like that. The actual story of the two main characters growing closer and coming to discover and accept their true love for one another developed right at the end so I found myself skimming through some parts of the book to get to the crux of the story. Having said that, this will not put me off reading Kimberly's books and I eagerly await the next one.

Here's another beautifully told story by author Kimberly Rae Jordan
Waiting for (standalone) Book 2 in the Handful Of Flowers Series was worth it. Here's another beautifully told story by author Kimberly Rae Jordan, this one is about Grace and Bennett. It shows clearly how we must *choose* love over fear. It also demonstrates very realistically the crippling effects of being afraid and the power that lies can have over a person if they believe a lie, e.g. that everyone they love gets hurt and/or even dies. If we don't share what's going on in their hearts/minds, it will likely take much longer to figure out a way out of the maze of fear and mixed emotions. How good it is to have friends who will speak the truth in love, like Tami and Bennett in this story, because the truth sets people like the heroine Grace free. Once a person (or character) chooses to believe the truth, the power of right believing, brings joy unspeakable and full of glory. We get to choose to live and to love. And the outcome will be beautiful, for everyone involved - like at the end of For the Love of Grace. Looking forward to the next book in this series, having really enjoyed the prequel, A Handful of Flowers, that tells the sweet story of Steve and Emily, and Book 1, A Change of Heart about Ethan Collins and Makayla McFadden.

Thought provoking
Really enjoyed how explains food choices and cravings as "baby wants.."A good book that gives a glimpse into loss and grieving, and an idea of what helps and what doesn't. All wrapped in the warmth and care of a large extended family.

Great story
I really enjoy this author's books! This is a 2nd read of the book. I read a few of the set months ago & am now reading them in order. I am enjoying them so much more after reading the prequel & learning the parent's story.I believe the theme of the book is that love & freedom abound when we acknowledge & get rid of fear. In this story Grace used prayer, & help from friends in addition to the plain, honest talk by those friends to cast away fear. This is a great story & well worth reading the whole set.

Really Disappointing
Kimberly Rae is one of my favourite authors and I have bought every book she has written to date. She has a unique writing style and I just love the way she tells stories. I have read most of her books more than once because they are just that good. That being said, this book was a big disappointment for 3 reasons:1. Grace's indecision and the back and forth between her and Bennett went on way longer than I thought was necessary. I found myself flipping through most pages just to get to the end of the book.2. The feud between Bennett and Kenton was brought up over and over again in the last 2 books. I thought it would be discussed in more detail in this book but it wasn't. And the reason behind it seemed very petty.3. Tami's story arc took a disappointing turn in this book. I liked how she was written in the last 2 books. In this one, it seems Kimberly was just eager to get her story over and done with. We only get bits and pieces randomly thrown in here with a new character whom we know nothing about, and no explanation as to why they even ended up together since she supposedly didn't date athletes. As a core member of the clan, I naturally thought she would be getting her own story but I guess not.I hope the other books in the series will be better.
