This is the 3rd one of these I’ve bought in the last 10 years. The BEST razor hands down. Unfortunate that they sometimes stop working and the refills are pricy but worth it. The newest one I got was upgraded and felt sleeker than my older one.

I’ve been using this razor for years and keep coming back to it. It delivers a close, comfortable shave every time. I usually go through a couple per year, so while it could be a bit more durable, the price makes it easy to replace without thinking twice. For under $20, it’s a solid, dependable option that does exactly what it’s supposed to. No frills, no fuss.

So I’m someone with a very messed up crooked spine ( spondylitic arthritis and a messed up C4-C5 vertebrae, plus sacral arthritis), so bacially, bending down, hips twisting, raised leg on the side of the tub to shave can be very challenging and painful… I also have some dexterity loss in my hands, and it’s been a challenge with personal grooming in the private areas.This razor/trimmer combo is PERFECT!!The razor itself is a 5 blade razor but it has raised guides around it with moisturizing strips on it to give you a very easy, smooth gliding shave. It was so smooth I was actually unsure if it was shaving any hair until I saw the razor after. I was SHOCKED.Without being able to bend forward like I used to, I wasn’t sure if I might end up cutting myself. But the guides on the razor make it so easy and dummy proof. The clumsiest person can do this and I am kind of that person!I like the trimmer aspect of it, because waxing everything completely off makes me get ingrown hairs.The trimmer cuts down pretty close so it’s not bothersome to you. Of course it’s not a skin close shave with the trimmer, and it’s not the same as getting a Brazilian wax.But for me, dealing with the ingrown hairs and constant maintenance after waxing to try to prevent ingrowns is a pain for me.The trimmer cuts down pretty close. I’d say like maybe 3mm length of hair left, and the shaver gets everything else down there.Ladies… even in between the buttcheeks.And this is something I could do on my own with my limited mobility!The trimmer attachments are very easy to click off and remove for cleaning. And yes, I used it in the shower and cleaned it after and it’s perfectly fine.This comes with 2 extra razors, individually packaged and it also comes with a single triple AAA battery for the trimmer.Its feels lightweight but it does also feel ergonomic in the hands when using.That works out for me since I have trouble holding smaller things and I didn’t have any difficulty holding this.I think this razor/trimmer combo shaver is exceptionally great, and the price point is definitely reasonable considering the quality and the battery and 2 extra razors also.
