1 gal Modern Masters ME150 Silver Metallic Paint Collection, Satin Water-Based Decorative Metallic Paint

Important that this was a waterbase. Originally ordered this same brand from Home Depot & they screwed it up & ordered copper. Was lucky to find same brand in waterbase otherwise painter said wouldve chipped and peeled within 6 months. Will post picture of copper being painted over by silver; copper looked fantastic but didnt fit in with our reno project. So the cost of 2 gallons of high end paint and 2 sets of labor costs because home depot couldnt get it right. but Amazon did. and according to painter this paint was very easy to work with and looks high quality with a true metallic sheen.

I was hesitant to use silver paint in my bedroom, but I am so glad I did. It's beautiful. The walls and ceiling literally shine as if they have an inner glow. The painter who painted my bedroom was from Italy who had spent years painting with Venetian plaster paints. He was in awe with this paint. He said it took hours and hours to paint a wall when working with plaster paints, but Modern Masters achieved the same effect with a simple paint roller. I'm going to paint my living room with Modern Masters metallic paint next, either the steel gray or the pewter, can't make up my mind... But really, the silver color isn't garish or harsh at all. It is just, simply, beautiful and so easy to use and clean up afterward. Also the painter commented about the quality. He marveled at how much actual silver was in the paint, unlike other brands.

This is very thick paint that spreads out easily and dries perfectly leaving no brush marks at all. It covered OSB board without being primed and I am completely happy with how easily it painted and how it looks.

Was skeptical at first but this paint is AMAZING! We did 3 coats and the sheen was perfect. 1 gallon did a room 21'x16' and still have a little bit left. Hubby loves the room!

I am obsessed! I decided to paint my bathroom last week and my husband found some leftover ceiling tiles from a previous job. The paper kind with the pretty design, first we went to Lowe's and purchased a quart of silver krylon metallic paint and it ended up being a slightly shiny light grey. I hesitantly ordered this with low expectations and WOW! With the first roll you see the difference. It's beautiful! Clean up was easy too:) I can not wait to do my living room ceiling with it!

Thick, good coverage

High quality paint. I used it to paint to ceiling of my camper (I'm going for an funky/artsy look). It was easy to apply over the white ceiling using a roller and I only needed a single coat. Very little dripping, too.
