Good product, incorrect delivery write-up
Fishing rod arrived without damage. Delivery write up said handed to a resident which was NOT true. Picked package from front porch just after truck drove away.

No hook seat, but nice trolling rod
These rods are nicer than the regular Okuma Great Lakes trolling rods, but for the 2X price they don’t have a hook seat so you end up hooking into a guide to store the spoon. Nice Rod, but no idea why they didn’t include the hook seat.

I paired this up with a Penn Squall 15 star drag and it works fantastic as a light tackle surf rod for striped bass and surf perch. Casting 2-3 oz. lures and Carolina rigs about 75 yards is a breeze. I purchased another as backup.

Nice rod, I use them for dipsy divers. Seem to be stiff enough, but really haven't reeled in a fish on them yet. Rod looks to be well made and other reviews were good.
