Not the cheapest product, but a little goes a long way so it lasts for ages. Leaves carpets clean and soft, dries quickly, and doesn't leave behind a sticky residue. Works nicely on upholstery too, and has a pleasant scent. Been using this for years and have always been very happy with its performance.

I sold Kirby's many years ago and shampooed quite a few carpets. Recently bought a used machine, so once again tasked with shampooing our carpet, and a few friends carpets too. Kirby shampoo leaves the carpet smelling nice and feeling soft & silky.

I’ve had my old Kirby vacuum for years, and I wasn’t sure if I could still find the right cleaner for it. This shampoo worked perfectly. It suds up just enough and really pulled out some old dirt and grime from the carpet. The scent is clean but not overpowering, which I like since I don’t want my place smelling like chemicals for hours.
