Thank you for an ingenious product! I have been baking sourdough breads and more for about a year. It’s definitely an art, learned/tweaked by trial and error. I baked my first sourdough boule today with wonderful results! We're a small family, so the boule size is perfect for us. I love that I can mix, proof and bake in the same bowl! I use this every week to bake bread. Love it!

My Daughter is a sour dough bread maker, she loves this especially the size, baking and the dough feeding can all be done in one bowl. Works well, the bread is easy to remove and it is a great value for the money . The bread looks great !

Baking bread was getting really annoying. Moving the dough ball from vessel to vessel was disturbing the proofing process. I would have a great rise and then after handling the dough just to get from proofing to the oven, inevitably handling sticky dough, and in my opinion causing the rise to fall and ending up with bread that was good.. but without the airy texture I was looking for. This bread bowl was great, allowing me to mix in the same vessel that eventually I would proof and bake in. Making bread takes trial and error, and maybe this bowl didn’t automatically allow me to achieve master baker status, BUT it did make the process more enjoyable, less mess, less sticky dough getting stuck on every surface it touched. I recommend for sure!!

I like making my own bread. This certainly is a helpful bowl. Only downside is it's a little awkward taking it out of a 400 degree over. And be careful, it burned the hella out of me from steam when I took the top off. 4 stars for a little awkward handling while scorching hot.

Have loved using this to both mix and bake bread. It does everything in one bowl, gets warm quickly, is sturdy, color as shown. Because of its sturdiness and materials, is heavy but very easy to use. Glad I purchased it.

I was looking for places to purchase this item. It was more expensive at my local big box store, Ave it didn't include the lid. I just received this order, and I'm thrilled. Appears to be the genuine product at a reduced price. I live in a rural area, most packages arrive broken. But this was packaged carefully and beautifully. All around, very happy!

Bought as a gift My mother in law loves this- she says it’s one of the best bowls she has for her kitchenaid. Makes a lot of bread with it
